Sent one out the park last night and playing SS, LC, LF, 3rd & Pitcher this session gave me the juice šŸ¤£.

Can somebody PLEASE explain to me how it makes sense to have construction happening on what feels like EVERY MAJOR ACCESS ROAD in Topeka at the SAME TIME?!

You can barely get from one side of the city to the other without hitting construction, a detour, a closed lane, or another road project.

And what makes it even more frustrating is that weā€™re heading straight into the winter months. We KNOW Kansas weather is coming, and we KNOW some of these projects are going to slow down or sit unfinished once winter hits.

I really donā€™t complain about our city officials or their decision-making but whoever coordinated and approved this many major road projects happening simultaneously deserves some serious

I understand roads need to be repaired. I understand infrastructure needs investment. Thatā€™s not the issue.

The issue is PLANNING.

Why are we tearing up so many major routes at the same time instead of staggering these projects so residents can actually navigate the city?
