THERES A NEW BEAROLOGY ATTACK ON TITAN CAFE IN THE SGV! Starts September 13 - March 31, from 11 AM - 11 PM daily! My favorite was Sasha’s loaded potato and the Wall Rose Reserve drink! Highly recommend booking reservations online via OpenTable Los Angeles and coming in full cosplay! Are you guys going to go?

Here are two simple ways I love eating shredded dried pork! 🐷✨

The first is similar to something you may have seen at Asian bakeries. Just grab some toast, spread on a layer of mayonnaise (Japanese mayo is my favorite!), and sprinkle on lots of pork floss. You can even toast it for some extra crunch!

The second way is with silken tofu. I add yakiniku sauce, pork floss, sesame seeds, and seaweed on top. It’s savory, super easy to make, and honestly so good!

The brand I use is Golden Nest, an American brand that makes pork floss with no flour or fillers, just pork and seasonings. They’re currently available at Costco, and they’re also doing upcoming Costco Roadshows with samples, so you can try it for yourself! 🙌

I’ve been to Cafe Knotted’s Century City location before, but the Arts District location might be my favorite. It feels like a little slice of Korean cafe culture right in Los Angeles and EVERYTHING is made fresh in-house!

The Biscoff and tiramisu donuts were my favorites! Definitely try the breakfast sandwich. That soufflé egg patty was SO soft, almost like tofu!
