It was my pleasure to put on our Holiday Charcuterie Demo! A huge Thank you to my host the Thomaston Public Library and all who filled the room.
Participants learned step by step techniques, pairings and had their own charcuterie cup to enjoy. It was an absolute pleasure to meet each and every one of you 🫶🏻
