HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! C2C community— 2023 was one hell of a year! For context: we started our YouTube journey in July of 2022… so just completed our first year and a half, and with 155k subscribers! What’s even crazier is exactly 1 year ago, on January 1st 2023, we were at 6k subscribers, having grown by over 149k this year alone!
In 2023 we kept our heads down and stayed true to our mission as a channel to interview and platform as many survivors as possible, and this type of growth has shown us that we’ve done something right.
Although we have a baby on the way (coming in March!) in 2024 we’re ready to grow C2C even more. Both Shelise and I are now officially “full time YouTubers” as they say, so we’re going all in on expanding the channel’s reach. From building out a team, starting a non profit, and growing outside of YouTube, to honing in on better communication with you, the viewers, we have ideas as to how we can get as many eyes as possible on these stories, to continue to spread as much awareness as possible, and grow our beloved community of advocacy.
Whether you love learning more about cults, use these success stories as inspiration, were a cult survivor yourself, or watch because you relate in any way— your continued support of the channel in watching, commenting, sharing, donating on Patreon, purchasing merch, sending direct messages of support, has ALL helped us on our mission, which in turn helps many many others.
