💜Justice For Emma Scentsy Fundraiser 💜
✨All 20% of commissions earned will go directly to Emma Filback.✨
As most you may or may not know, last summer at 30 years old I was diagnosed with Autism. And I am also a mother of a child with Autism. When I heard this devastating case about sweet Emma, I wanted to help somehow. I reached out to her mom Keith N Chryslee Filback about using my Scentsy business to create a fundraiser for whatever Emma might need. Therapy, Medical Bills, Legal Fees, Medications, pampering herself; etc. If you don't want to purchase any products I will also link below her go fund me and even my cash app and Venmo if you would like to donate without extra fees involved.

🎀Emma's Story🎀
🚨Brutal Assault of Autistic 14 Year Old Emma Filback🚨
On the afternoon of April 18th, 2024, Emma Filback, a 14 year old High School Freshman with autism, was riding the Franklin-Simpson High School bus home from school. With no provocation, she was attacked by another female 16 year old high school student who hit her in the head repeatedly with a metal tumbler. These two have never spoken to each other before the incident occurred.
Franklin Simpson High School is claiming that the cameras on the bus did not catch the incident on camera or weren't working. Emma's mother, Chrysler Filback, filed and Emergency Protection Order on Monday April 22nd, and it was denied by the judge, for unknown reasons. The family was told not to contact police and that the school resource officer would handle it.
The alleged assailant, an older student from the same high school, posted a photo of the metal number on social media with the caption "I beat with her with this." The photo depicts a metal water cup that is severely dented.
There are multiple child witnesses that saw the incident occur on the bus, some of which reported the crime to their parents and had blood spatter on their belongings. The bus driver allowed Emma to walk off the bus covered in blood. The injuries to Emma's head were so severe that the gashes could not be stitched.
Emma's family needs to help raising legal funds to hire an attorney to not only protect their autistic daughter but also to receive justice against any person or organization that may have mishandled this traumatic incident. Emma is also going to need hours of trauma therapy and counseling.
