This Monday at 9 PM, Still Talk’n welcomes Bill Hockett, an experienced craft distiller with a passion for wh***ey, fermentation, and the traditions of old-school moonshining!

Bill comes from a family with liquor-making ties dating back to Prohibition. He began making spirits as a teenager and later learned firsthand from legendary moonshiner Marvin “Popcorn” Sutton, who became both a friend and mentor.

Throughout his career, Bill has worked with Gervasi Spirits, Limestone Branch Distillery, and Dayton Barrel Works Artisan Distillery, building his knowledge and reputation in the craft spirits industry. He’s known for his hands-on approach, experimentation, and dedication to making quality spirits.
