Sweet & Salty Popcorn Snack Bars
This recipe is vegan, gluten-free and you only need 4 ingredients!
😋

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup peanut butter (120 ml)
• 1/4 cup maple syrup (60 ml)
• 2 cups popcorn (slightly crushed) (480 ml)
• 3 pieces of vegan dark chocolate, melte

Instructions:

• 1. Mix the peanut butter and maple syrup together
• 2. Add the popcorn and stir until combined
• 3. Press the mixture into a container lined with parchment paper and cover with a lid and let set in the freezer for 30-45 minutes
• 4. Cut into bars. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top!

Enjoy!

• 5. Store in the fridge

6 ingredients Healthy Banana Bread
It’s gluten-free & dairy-free and super easy to make! This is such a yummy dessert, snack or breakfast idea
If you want to make this a bit sweeter, you can of course add a couple of tablespoons of your favourite sweetener! The pan I used is about 12cm x 20 cm / 5 inches x 7,5 inches

🥮Ingredients:

• 3 bananas
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup peanut butter (120 ml) (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts)
• 3/4 - 1 cup gluten-free oat flour (180-240 ml, depends on how thick your peanut butter is)
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (120 ml)

🥮Instructions:

• 1. Mix the wet ingredients together
• 2. Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and stir until combined
• 3. Fold in the chocolate chips, save some for topping if you like
• 4. Pour into a greased loaf pan and add the rest of the chocolate chips on top
5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for 35-45 minutes

Especially because it only has 3 ingredients! You can freeze fresh strawberries but I just bought one frozen bag to make my life easier. I blended this in a food processor but you can also try a powerful blender. You can store in the freezer and let thaw before enjoying but this is the best when eaten right away

🍓 Ingredients:

- 1lb bag or about 3 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice—add more if needed
- 1-2 tsp honey

🍓Instructions

Add frozen strawberries to a food processor along with fresh squeezed juice from lemons and honey and blend - be patient while blending

HIGH PROTEIN COOKIES 🍪

This recipe is gluten free, non dairy, sugar free and a healthier option to make you happy and satisfied.

Ingredients

1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder
1.5 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp peanut butter
2-3 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup (depends on how sweet you want it)
1-2 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl then mix in the pb, maple syrup or agave syrup, 1 tbsp coconut milk & vanilla.
I like to start mixing with a spatula then my hands to form the cookie dough.
If it seems too dry add the other tbsp of coconut milk then mix again.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips then take about 1/4-1/2 tsp of the dough then roll with your hands.
If any dark chocolate chips fall out you can stick it back in later.
Press down slightly to form a cookie shape then bake for 10-15 min or until the cookies are golden brown.
Let cool slightly then devour!
Store the extra cookies in a tightly sealed container.

HOMEMADE ALMOND JOY CANDY BARS

This recipe is gluten free, non dairy, sugar free and a healthier option to make you happy and satisfied.

✨ Ingredients ✨

2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes/shreds
1/4 cup raw honey or agave/maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut milk
6oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate (i used non dairy)

✨ Instructions ✨
First, melt the coconut oil. next, make the coconut filling: add the shredded coconut, coconut milk, honey/maple syrup, and melted coconut oil to a food processor and process for about a minute, scraping down the sides as needed.
Once smooth, add the filling to an 8x5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper and smooth it out. next, top with roasted almonds (be sure to press the almonds down into the coconut mixture).
Place in the freezer to harden for several hours. once frozen, remove the from the freezer and slice into 12 bars.
Next, melt your chocolate. once melted, coat each bar in melted chocolate and place on a tray lined with parchment paper. place in the fridge to harden for several hours.
Once hardened, remove from the fridge and enjoy! store in the fridge or freezer.

BANANA YOGURT CLUSTERS

Ingredientes:

Peel 2 bananas
1/2 cup Coconut yogurt
Dark chocolate (non dairy and sugar free)
1/2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:
Mix the banana pieces with 1/2 cup of yogurt
Form this into circles and freeze for 30+ min
In another bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil.
Dip the frozen yogurt clusters into the chocolate
Let the chocolate harden
