Hello friends! My name is Savannah Wisterman, your yoga teacher here at Serenity with Sav. I am a 22 year old yoga teacher who graduated from yoga in June of 2024.

I got into yoga due to my, at the time, relationship going downhill and ending in DV. Since I have started my journey, I’ve completely worked through my past problems, left my job of 3 years, found someone new, and am now engaged. My body is also now the healthiest it has been in a long while, including my back pains from scoliosis.

I want to help YOU (anyone of any age, gender, body type) work through whatever it may be that you need to work through. Whether it’s a mental battle you feel as if you cannot win to a physical issue with a specific body part to not feeling okay in the body you have, I hold the space for you! I want to make sure you are seen, loved & cared for with me at all times.
