Herm opens up about what it was really like saying goodbye to Layla as she headed off to college. There’s so much pride in watching your daughter grow up and chase what’s next… but that doesn’t make watching her leave any easier.

Turns out even Dad isn’t immune to the college drop-off emotions. 😭
