This is the private home of writer, actor, singer, dancer, and producer Joseph Tatner, who offers tours by appointment, ghost hunts, dinners, and other events. A $10 donation is requested per person for tours.

You know it’s not just about finding the perfect tree — it’s about making chaos and memories. Here’s what our crew is up to this year:

Paranormal After Dark Pennsylvania : Insists on “talking” to each tree to see which one “feels right.” 🌲✨

Spirits Beyond : Brings a tape measure to prove every tree is “too short.” 📏

Northern Utah Paranormal : Takes 47 selfies with trees before picking one. 📸

Orions Paranormal : Pretends to be a lumberjack and yells “TIMBERRR!” every 5 minutes. 🪓

Soulful Spirits: Sneaks candy canes onto random trees for strangers to find. 🍬

Separate Entity : Starts a snowball fight the moment someone bends down to cut. ❄️

Beyond Logic with Tiffany : Asks the staff if they sell “pre-decorated” trees.

Spiritually Spellbinding : Tries to fit the biggest tree in the smallest car. 🚗🌲

Restless Spirits Investigations : Wears an elf hat and offers “tree styling advice” to random families. 🧝‍♀️

Pen Paranormal : Brings a Bluetooth speaker and blasts “Jingle Bell Rock.” 🎶

ATSS Paranormal : Judges every tree like it’s a fashion show. “Too thin. Too bushy. Perfectly symmetrical.” 💅

Residual Energy : Hides behind trees and whispers “Pick meee.” 🌲👻

Steel City Paranormal Society : Tries to take a family photo with every tree they don’t buy. 📷

Country Spooks : Debates fake vs. real trees like it was a TED Talk no one asked for. 🧠

Beyond the Vörðr : Loses their hat in the branches (again). 🎩

Pabsmophobia Paranormal Investigation : Tests tree durability by shaking them all “for science.” 🧪

Into the night investigations : Attempts to ride the tree cart like it’s a sled. 🛷

Innovative Design By Leah : Meditates under a tree to “absorb its holiday energy.” We left them there for 10 minutes. 🧘‍♀️🌲

hunting hauntings Scotland : Picked a 12-foot tree for a 6-foot ceiling. Math is hard.

Shawnicorn Mindshift Coaching- Trauma Recovery Coach : Tries to hug every tree. Got sap in their hair. Still hugging. 🤗

Ghosted : Smells every tree like a pine sommelier. “This one has notes of nostalgia.” 🍷

Epic Star Paranormal : Tries to film a TikTok dance and falls into the tree netting machine. 💃💀

Beyondtheveil : Hangs mistletoe over random people. HR would like a word. 😘

Lone Wolf Paranormal : Attempts to smuggle a squirrel home as a “Christmas miracle.” 🐿️🎁

Dark Souls of the South Paranormal : Demands a countdown before cutting the tree like it was a NASA launch. 🚀

Tulsa Spirit Tours: Rides the tree cart down a hill yelling “FOR NARNIA!” 🛷

The Echo Knows My Name : Forgets which tree we picked and made everyone start over. Again. 🤦‍♀️🎄

Purple Wolf Paranormal Investigators : Screams 67, while running through the trees.

🎤 Moral of the story: We came for a tree, we left with trauma, sap, and at least three new inside jokes. It’s never just a tree trip with this crew. ❤️
