Why do the little things that make life easier feel so hard to start sometimes?
I’m 9 months postpartum and my cycle came back last week so my sweet tooth was really working overtime.
This week I’m trying to be a little more intentional with my snacks and get in good protein.
A little hack I like to do with my protein shakes is prep the dry ingredients into snack bags so for the rest of the week all I have to do is dump, add the wet ingredients, and blend!
Future me is grateful. Current me almost didn’t do it 🫠
