It’s finally here!
We’re so excited to launch our very first episode of the gURL Talk Podcast — and it’s a special one! Episode Zero is a short intro where we (a mother/daughter duo) share who we are, why we started this podcast, and what gURL Talk: girl U R Loved is all about.

This space is for pr***en and teenage girls — and the moms, mentors, and women who love them — to talk about real life, tough questions, faith, friendships, and more.

We believe every girl deserves to know her value, walk in her purpose, and feel deeply loved. So if that sounds like something you (or a girl you love) needs to hear, we’d love for you to join us!

Hey there, beautiful souls! I’m Jaime-the heart behind gURL Talk — girl U R Loved.

I’m a mom, mentor, creative, and the founder of Faith Factor, a nonprofit where we believe in choosing faith over fear. I created gURL Talk as a safe, soulful space to speak life into girls and young women—because I believe that every girl deserves to know her value, find her voice, and walk boldly in her purpose.

Whether I’m behind the mic, dancing it out, or leading with love, I’m passionate about helping girls navigate real-life stuff with courage, confidence, and character. Here on gURL Talk, I get to team up with my daughter (and amazing guests!) to have the conversations we wish someone had with us growing up.
