Apparently porch geese are old news…

Meet Martha, my Desk Goose. 🪿💙

Ava named her, and she’s been promoted to office supervisor. Her duties include:
✔ Watching over family photos
✔ Guarding my desk
✔ Providing emotional support
✔ Judging my life choices
✔ Reminding me to keep my eyes on Jesus ✝️

I never thought I’d be the kind of person who owned a desk goose, but here we are.

Does anyone else have a porch goose, desk goose, or some other random little mascot that has completely taken over their life? 😂

🌿✨ First Harvest Blessings ✨🌿

Today may not look like much to the world… but to us, it feels like abundance. 💛

Our very first squash of the season, a handful of tiny potatoes, a fresh onion, and eggs from the hens. Little by little, God is teaching us that growth happens one seed, one prayer, and one faithful step at a time.

This is the kind of life we’ve been praying for.
Slower. Simpler. Rooted.

Sometimes the harvest starts small before it becomes overflowing. 🌱

“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.” — Zechariah 4:10

Sometimes life gets loud, heavy, and overwhelming… and sometimes you have to step back for a little while just to breathe. 🌿

But one thing I’ve learned is that even in the hardest seasons, God is still working beneath the surface — growing roots we can’t always see yet.

Thank you for staying here with us while things have been quiet for a bit. 🤎

Redeemed Roots has always been about faith, family, healing, and finding beauty in rebuilding life one piece at a time. That hasn’t changed.

We’re still dreaming.

Happy Friday, y’all! We made it through another week—whether it was smooth sailing or a little stormy, you’re still standing, and that matters.

As we head into the weekend, I just want to remind you:
God sees every bit of effort, every quiet prayer, and every step you’re taking—even the small ones.

He’s still working behind the scenes, gently putting things back together in ways we can’t always see yet.

This season may not look how you expected…

🌿 Good Morning Redeemed Roots Family & Friends 🌿

There’s something about a quiet morning that reminds me…
the small, faithful steps matter more than we think.

Not everything happens all at once—
sometimes it’s built little by little, day by day, with steady hands and a whole lot of faith.

That’s what we’re doing around here—
creating, working, and trusting God with every step along the way.

Every piece, every idea, every late night and early morning…
it’s all part of something meaningful being built.
