🎬 POV: When your Video Storytelling Partner hands you this and says: “I fully trust your artistic eye and ability to capture moments. I know I’ll love whatever you make.” 🎥

Lately, the Lord has been encouraging me to slow wayyyy down and to just simply enjoy. To focus not on what I need to do next but what He has done already.

My business is richly blessed with humble relationships (trusting friendships) that have given me so much more than I ever could’ve asked for.

And I owe it all to One Name: ✝️

“And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.” (2 Corinthians 9:8)

🍿 : Sometimes the need feels endless. Desperation can weigh heavy on believers. It’s easy to let urgent needs slip to the back burner.

But God’s timing is never late. When we wait on Him, even physical healing and provision arrive right on time. Ministries like Bethesda Health Clinic prove that again and again. 🏥

When Cruz and Marcelino found themselves in a financial situation they never could have expected, this promise from the Lord was worth holding on to. And God exceeded their expectations. ❤️‍🩹

“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)

🎥 : I used to think Christianity was boring. That being religious meant being stuffy, holier than thou and grossly one-dimensional. From the outside looking in, I saw it as a set of rules and restrictions attempting to cramp a lifestyle I found to be much more conducive to my version of freedom. 🕺🏽

If only those Christians would stop suppressing their urges and understood what they were missing!

The problem with my thinking was that I was cashing in on “earthly happiness” when Christ the Savior was offering me His eternal joy. Stepping over heavenly dollars to pick up worldly pennies.

What a “Christian” thing to say. 🫩

Instead of assuming I had peace with God because I had decided I was moral in my own eyes, the freedom came when I acknowledged that I had never taken the time to know His Character. And just as soon as I admitted, I was encountered. 🕊️

I’m still learning joy.

I’m still growing in my understanding of His nature.

And I’m still being reminded that based on what I know of Him, what has yet to be revealed will be anything but boring. ✝️

“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 🎥 : One of my favorite end results of storytelling is that when community audiences watch my Video Partners, they are less likely to see the ministry individuals themselves and more apt to see their own lives brought to light in Christ through story. 📖

We are all in this together. 🌎

And I love showing audiences the Heart of the Father in the work they are being invited to experience and also be transformed by. ✝️

📖 : Over 350 men in one room changes things.

Last weekend at Rose Heights Church 2nd annual Men’s Conference, we gathered and ate together, prayed, worshiped, and strengthened one another. I keep thinking about how moments like this don’t just “feel” encouraging. They ripple outward into real life, into real homes, into real conversations, into real leadership.

When men come together under the Lord, it doesn’t stay in the room. It goes home with us. It shapes how we love our wives, how we listen to our kids, how we show up for our friends, and how we carry responsibility with humility instead of isolation.

I watched brothers shoulder burdens they didn’t know how to name. I watched husbands remember they’re not alone. I watched fathers choose presence over passivity. And I watched friends point each other back to what’s true. Back to Jesus, repentance, courage, and a steady obedience that lasts longer than a weekend.

If you’ve been trying to carry it all quietly, let this be your reminder: you were never meant to fight alone. God builds men in community, and He uses that strengthening to make a difference at home, in our churches, and farther than we’ll ever fully see this side of heaven.

🤝 : There’s a kind of work God seems to LOVE doing through partnership. Different gifts show up, shoulder to shoulder, for one purpose.

That’s how the tabernacle happened. God invited craftsmen, builders, and willing hearts to bring what they had. Skill, creativity, and wholehearted obedience, where He met them in the building.

Because God was teaching His people how to make room for His presence.

That’s what I’m grateful for in collaborations like these, teaming up with like-minded storytellers to serve organizations doing faithful, quiet Kingdom work here in the Bible Belt. We’re building content, yes. But deeper than that, we’re building containers for testimony.

And the reward isn’t “we pulled it off.”

It’s brotherly fellowship with one another while, together, we build something bigger than any one of us could’ve built on our own! ✝️

And it’s realizing God is near to us in the process. He is forming something in us while we’re forming something with our hands.

“Take from among you a contribution to the LORD. Whoever is of a generous heart, let him bring the LORD’s contribution: gold, silver, and bronze…And let them make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell in their midst.” (Exodus 25:2, 😎

The Spirit of the Living God is upon us to declare good news to poor in spirit. Let’s pray for this couple and shake the gates of heaven for their redemption and reconciliation to God our Father through Christ! The world offers hate but Jesus our Lord offers eternal healing for our broken hearts. Remember from where you came when you were lost. His love found you. He can find them too! ✝️
