🇺🇸 : Have you ever wondered why the act of self-sacrifice is always such a meaningful deed to us when it comes to storytelling? No matter our religious background, we value a hero’s testimony that revolves around the central theme of putting ourselves last for the sake of other people. Why does a story built around this act of nobility mean so much to us? 🎥

It’s because our God did it first. ✝️

And no. I don’t mean Buddha or Krishna or Allah or Brahman or even “Jesus, the Ascended Master Teacher” of New Age thought. No. The act of laying down one’s life was fully realized by the Son of God, Jesus the Christ. 🙏

“Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.” (John 15:13)

On this , I’m so grateful to be able to peek into the lives of so many great veterans and share their testimony of what it’s meant in their lives to put themselves last. I’m grateful to be able to partner with Right At Home Northeast Texas in sharing these incredible testimonies through video storytelling and serving those who have dedicated their lives to serving others. 🇺🇸🎬

📖 : God is never NOT up to something good! I’m so grateful for the faithful fellowship and sweet storytelling He continues to bring into the redeemed life He’s given me.

“Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will tell what he has done for my soul.” (Psalm 66:16) 🕊️

The power of testimony is real. 📣

Story is the way we see ourselves in one another and in Christ. It builds relationship. It strengthens our faith. And it breaks down barriers that separate us from our Kingdom calling.

📸 : As godless public discourse, political animosity and moral relativism continue to degrade Western society: be encouraged by this image! ✝️

This past Sunday, during Rose Heights Church Night of Worship, this little guy with a big heart of David came down to the altar to kneel before his Maker. For the hundreds in the room, it was so encouraging to see such a young man approach God with true childlike faith. As we all should. 🙌🏽

“Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it.”” (Mark 10:15)

We should all be prepared to buckle up. As the Western world continues to lose sight of Christ, we can stand; or better yet, kneel; with courage. Not in ourselves, but in Jesus. God is working behind-the-scenes to reach the next generation in loving Him, worshipping Him and honoring Him with their lives. Just come to the altar with what little you have and watch all that He can do!

“Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens! Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his excellent greatness! Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp! Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe! ✝️ 4 years ago, I encountered the Living God: Jesus Christ. A month later, I made a public proclamation that I had been claimed and changed forever by a Father in Heaven Who had always been in pursuit of my heart. I fell in love with the One Who loved me first.

Four years later, He keeps loving me. Better than I know how to love myself. More perfect than I ever knew I could be loved. Offering me continued repentance. Continued grace. Continued possibility to walk as the man He is calling me to become.

🙏🏽 I’m begging you…

Give your life to Jesus. You won’t ever look back. It’s beyond the best decision I’ve ever made in my life. It’s the decision that in fact granted me Life. 🕊️

““Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God[a]; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? 🎥 : On-camera interviews are more than just on-camera interviews. ✝️

Anytime the Lord allows me to enter into the testimony of another, that’s ministry. Letting God move in my heart as the Director of Video Storytelling brings manifold blessings He can distribute across audiences, community networks, and private partnerships. ✨

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” (Galatians 6:2) 🤝

🌎 Coming together as a united body in Christ means sharing in those experiences with someone whom Christ died for. To catch, even from behind the cleft of a rock, a glimpse of God’s perfect love for one of His children can be all-consuming when capturing that light through video testimony. ❤️

“And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.” (Hebrews 10:10) 🙏

Ministry video storytelling is a powerful way to unite God’s people at the foundation of Calvary’s cross. There’s real joy in gifting a brother or sister in Christ the chance to hear a story where Jesus is the star. Because we all need daily reminders of His power to redeem, restore, and shine through every testimony. 🎬

🍿 : Meet Kevin. Half in for Jesus. Half in for the world. He knew Christ wanted more, but he felt trapped. Stuck in his own expectations of what it meant to follow God.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11) ✨

Meet Braden. A minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ, in search of a tangible reason behind the pain he’s faced in his own life. What did it all mean if it wasn’t being used for good? What did that look like? And how could he ever be used by God in the midst of his own brokenness?

God uses our pain. Our challenges. The tough seasons. He turns all of it around to reach back and impact the next generation. Kids and adults who haven’t yet answered His holy call.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28) 🙌

📖 : Yesterday at a coffee shop, God was dishing out blessings by the simple, yet consistent act of having his wonderful Name spoken of between and through His children.

Talk boldly about Jesus. Remind yourself and others what He is doing in your life, business, and families. You never know who He will bless with the sound of His glorious Name overheard from your lips. 📣

Speak Jesus. Watch miracles.

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.” (Colossians 3:16)

🎥 : After her husband left for a sinful lifestyle, a mom and her sons had to pick up the shattered pieces of their once perfect home. 💔 What do you do when the vision for your life comes to a halt and everything falls to pieces between your fingers, like sinking sand?

“See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland.”
(Isaiah 43:19)

God moves mountains and brings life out of dry places. The Pine Cove Scholarship Foundation stepped in, giving her boys a chance to encounter the Holy Spirit, grow in discipleship and shout Jesus all over the world. 🌍✨

Young people are the future of our faith. When God changes one story, it ripples through generations, setting a legacy of hope, healing, and redemption. 🙌

“One generation commends your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts.” (Psalm 145:4)

🍿 : What does a “Man of God” story look like? 📖 Let us count the ways. The ever-pursuant testimony of Christ alive in the hearts of young and up-and-coming men in our community is nothing short of miraculous. To see our King threading His Gospel story between and through the next generation provides hope in a lost and lonely culture. 🌎

I’m humbled and encouraged by the leadership team of Boathouse Ministry, raising up new heroes of faith in our common bond: the cross of Christ. What an incredible storytelling partnership when we’re in step with the Holy Spirit. 🕊️

“And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.” (1 John 5:11)

We’re excited to share this new video story of renewal and redemption.

Of pain in the harshness of the waiting.

Of scribbled prayer in desperate places.

And of holy power coming down from On High. 🔥

🎥 : As video business relationships strengthen, the impact God is making keeps widening, city to city, throughout East Texas. For over a year now, He alone has been building strong storytelling partnerships and creative collaboration. 🎬

Powerful testimony through cinema is all about mutual victory. It’s the victory Christ won for us on the cross. AND the victory we are empowered to walk in every day. 🦶🏽

“But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Corinthians 15:57) ✝️

I am truly grateful to work in tandem with organizations like Right At Home Northeast Texas, whose freedom determines their calling. Teams of great strength in so many areas: client services, business development, sales, clinical skilled services, human resources, administration, operations, and the list goes on. 📋

“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” (Romans 8:37) 🏆
