✨ GLOW UP CHALLENGE — LET’S GO, GIRLS ✨

Alright… deep breath, real talk.
For the first time in my entire life, I’ve hit a point where I am physically uncomfortable in my own body. I’ve never felt this way before… and honey, I am OVER IT. Not in a “hate my body” way, but in a “this is not my final form, and I refuse to stay stuck” way.

So—your girl is officially kicking off the Glow Up Challenge, and I’d love to have you right beside me. 💖

I’m starting a brand-new program for myself. If you want to jump in with the same one, amazing. If you just want to follow the steps on the graphic and do your own thing, also amazing. This challenge is about movement, momentum, motivation, and choosing YOU again.

Here’s what we’re not doing in this space:

WOW 🤩 What a difference a day makes! On the left is before one day of new skincare ritual. Morning and night , 5 minutes each. WOW I floored! Look how much redness and inflammation is gone! 👏🏻 Money before men. 👏🏻
You heard me right.

Women, stop taking a backseat to your men when it comes to financial security. I am not saying you have to be the main bread winner, I am not saying leave your man, I am not speaking badly upon the menfolk.

What I am saying is it is just as important for women to be financially secure and take care of your credit as it is for the men. Don’t ever be caught by surprise when you’re needing it most that you should have paid more attention to being financially secure.

No grit, No pearl

“Did you know….An oyster that has not been wounded in any way does not produce pearls? A pearl is a healed wound.

Pearls are a product of pain, the result of a foreign or unwanted substance entering the oyster, such as a parasite or a grain of sand.

The inside of an oyster shell is a shiny substance called “nacre.”

When a grain of sand enters, the nacre cells go to work and cover the grain of sand with layers and more layers to protect the defenseless body from the oyster. As a result, a beautiful pearl is formed!

The more pearls, the more valuable…

I know I’ve been gone awhile, but I’M BAAAAACCKK 💃 🪩 🎉💕 I’ve been working hard, healing lots, and have missed y‘all!! I’ll be bringing lots of fun, informative, and empowering content. I’m ready to “hang out” with my friends here again. Today has been a great day with family and then I worked on my self care Sunday routine. I meal prepped healthy lunches for the week (Mexican street corn casserole cooked in individual glass bowls!) and then applied an enzyme mask. It’s been a great day X💋X💋 Shelly
