Hotworx is expanding its unique 24-hour infrared fitness concept to Lindale with plans for a brand-new studio at The Cannery.

The new location will be built at 75 Miranda Lambert Way, Suite 17, inside the popular mixed-use entertainment and retail development. The project involves a 1,931-square-foot interior finish-out of a commercial shell space. Construction is scheduled to begin on September 14, 2026, with a quick turnaround targeting completion by December 14, 2026.

ACADEMY SPORTS + OUTDOORS PLANNING MASSIVE $6 MILLION STORE IN TYLER

Academy Sports + Outdoors is expanding its massive footprint in East Texas with plans for a brand-new retail facility in Tyler.

The new location will be built at 3690 Robertson Avenue S, near the busy intersection of SW Loop 323 and Earl Campbell Parkway. The project involves the ground-up construction of a sprawling 55,000-square-foot commercial retail building. As a major regional development, the project carries a significant estimated investment of $6 million.

Construction is scheduled to begin on November 3, 2026, with completion targeted for March 2, 2027.

This development will bring a massive new destination for sporting goods, outdoor gear, and athletic apparel to the local community!

WINGSTOP PLANNING NEW CANTON LOCATION

Wingstop is continuing its Texas expansion with plans for a new restaurant in Canton.

The new location will be built at 17169 I-20 (Suite 1500) and includes the tenant improvement and interior renovation of an existing 2,062-square-foot space. The project carries an estimated investment of $325,000.

Construction is scheduled to begin on August 24, 2026, with completion targeted for October 12, 2026.

The project represents another addition to the popular wing chain's growing footprint across the state.

It was a big weekend at TEBCo…

…if you haven’t figured it out by now — we’ve officially made our mark in the Mosaic District off Earl Campbell Parkway. Our name is finally up on the wall and it has never felt more real!!

We are so incredibly grateful to call this space home and to be nestled right between Likewise Coffee Roasters and The Apple Gal feels like exactly where we’re supposed to be!
