The Tylertown Times is seeking an ad salesperson to join their team: a self-starter capable of working independently in a commission-based environment. The more sales and effort you put in, the higher your earnings. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and reliable personal transportation for client visits. Responsibilities include: identify and engage potential clients; present and sell print advertising options tailored to client needs; manage ad placement tracking, invoicing, and contract renewals. Know anyone who needs to stay in the loop on their community athletic teams making playoff runs? Stay updated on outdoor activities and hunting seasons with occasional exciting wild game recipes? Stay informed on community events and local heroes? We all need an extra hand from time to time and there’s a business card board in The Tylertown Times to find “that guy” or “that girl”!
