Terrence is a husband, father, teacher, coach and a perfect example of what hard work and dedication can do for us as human beings. Terrence began working with Kerry Detienne July of last year and in roughly 6 months time cut his body fat % nearly in half, from 32.5% to 17.5%!! In that time, he dropped 47lbs of bodyweight and as you can see, has completely changed his physique.
Terrence accomplished this because he consistently did what was asked of him, and then some. He followed his plan to a T. Executing his strength-based workouts, waking up earlier than most of us ever will to get his daily cardio in and tracked his nutrition daily while following recommendations/changes when they were needed to overcome plateaus. Every personal trainer wishes their clients were as dedicated as Terrence is and provides the perfect example of what is possible when you follow the guidance of a professional trainer and remain consistent over time.
HUGE shoutout to my guy for his progress so far, can't wait to see what the future holds!!
