BE YOURSELF!
If you don’t allow yourself space to grow & to be who you truly are, you are robbing yourself of experience, time & development before God. You must be true to self, with the acknowledgement that there’s need of improvement. The moment you say “Lord, I’m going to change.” Is the moment where you begin to adjust yourself and prepare yourself for God to change you.
The Bible says “Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.” But, this expresses the ability for our own minds and ideas of developments or change make us God’s enemy. Even Satan asks permissions of God… yet we can be hostile towards God because of our own minds.
Don’t rob yourself of the experience, encounter, & life changing moment because you want to fake yourself for the sake of fitting the part. BE YOU! If you’re somebody else at the moment you’re supposed to be you, you alter everything that was designed for you IN THAT SPACE! Stop acting like somebody or something you’re not. Acknowledge where you are and make adjustments.
