For anyone with a phone affected by this cyber attack;
I'm not sure if I fixed the issue myself or if the issue was repaired, but my phone started working after I enabled "Call Forwarding." Once I enabled call forwarding, I had Michelle call the phone I had my calls forwarded too to see if it worked my iPhone started working again. I hope this helps.
