Our CEO and Director of Business Development and Communications attended the Brandwatch NYC Masterclass last month and had a blast!
Here are a few takeaways:
💡 We often mistake information for intimacy, but we need to dig deeper. We need to strive to understand who our consumers are, what motivates them, what culture(s) they're a part of, and why. Culture can be key to understanding consumerism
💡 We know that Chat GPT is great for creating, summarizing, and segmentation, but it can also be used to help populate queries for social listening
💡 Bard is a fantastic AI tool for up-to-date research as it continually draws information from the internet. Unlike some of its counterpart AI tools, the information gathered through Bard is current.
💡 When producing content, it's important to avoid getting bogged down in ideation and analysis. Focusing on simplifying, streamlining, and delivering authenticity is key. Over-production and too many opinions/approvals can be content killers, so remember that if you have an iPhone, you already have all the tools you need - just post!
