Micah Fiske has reopened 550 Brewing in Aztec after eight months of renovations. The brewery originally opened in 2013 but closed ten years later when Fiske’s father, Mike Paschall fell ill. Now, 550 Brewing is back open as a community hub in downtown Aztec. By Ryan Simonovich.

Farmington officially opened its river wave on the Animas River at Gateway Park. The wave is controlled by three underwater gates that can be adjusted to account for the rivers’ flow rate. The feature is the first-ever river wave in the Four Corners region. By Ryan Simonovich.
