Happy Idaho Gives!

There are so many good causes to donate to, but don't forget the orgs that are getting down and dirty with the Latino community.

Idaho Organization of Resource Councils
ACLU of Idaho

And KRBX, Radio Boise - 89.9/93.5 FM for allowing us to criticize their audience so much.

Our shining star. Forever. Our JJ.

It is with profound sadness that we acknowledge the passing of our co-creator and cherished friend, JJ Saldaña. A pillar in Idaho's Latino community, JJ's dedication extended far beyond our show, weaving into the very fabric of our shared identity. Whether it was through his work with the Idaho Commission on Hispanic Affairs, his passion for education and journalism, or his support for emerging voices in the community, JJ's legacy of empowerment, equality, and advocacy is without equal. Among his many mantras, "I will make you famous" was made real in the encouragement and spotlight he so freely gave, urging us all to embrace our potential and shine. His impact will continue to resonate, echoing his commitment to uplifting our community. We will always remember JJ for his vibrancy, passion, and the indelible mark he has left on us all.

The Latino Card.

We aim to elevate the voices of Idaho Latinos and tell their stories. Most episodes look at the headlines and issues of the week from a Latino perspective, while others are in-depth interviews with leaders from Idaho’s Latino community. Hosted by Idaho Commission on Hispanic Affairs’ JJ Saldaña and the National Latin@ Network’s Rebecca De León. Produced by Ash Miller, Digital Editor at the Idaho Press and the token white friend.
