As you know everything is going up in cost! The programmers have informed us that they will be going up on their monthly fees.
So to keep the cost the same we will need everyone to follow the videos in the comments!!

We need everyone to go ahead and download the new app! DO NOT delete the current app till you get a payment text from me. When you pay we will then contact you with your new username and password. When it’s your due date you may then delete the current Wilcyn streaming app.

It was brought to our attention that the local stations are down. We put in a work order to get them fixed! 🇺🇸

As of July 13th as stated below my husband is sick and sadly we all got sick. We are just back up today at 80% trying to get life back together. We do this app to help others save money not to make it. So I am extremely sorry the locals are not working our hands are tied with the programs who we pay a lot of money to. They said this weekend they will have hopefully ot resolved.

Hit the home button go to settings go to managed installed apps. Find wilcyn streaming hit clear cache forced stop and launch application in that order.

Speed test!!

hit the home button go to settings go to applications go to managed installed applications find ANALITI run a speed test and tell us what those 2 numbers are. Anything less than 50 down it's your internet.

Update guide!!

When the picture is in full screen hood down the enter button on your remote for 2 seconds a pop up will appear at the bottom. Go all the way until you see settings click that. Then go to TV guide click that then second from the bottom line t will say update TV guide click that.

For anyone having issues with the guide!

Hit the home button go to settings go to apps go to managed installed apps find the app DOWNLOADER it's orange and hit launch application there will be a search bar click that enter 37108 it it ask you for premssision hit allow. Download the app then install the app then launch the app then go to add user and enter your info.
If you don't have this info please text me!
After you login it will take a minute or so for thr guide to appear. If it doesn't show any channels after a few minutes then hit the home button go to settings go to apps go to managed installed apps find the wilcyn streaming app you just downloaded it will be DARK BLUE and hit forced stop then launch app.
Do NOT DELETE ANYTHING 📺
