🎄⛵ Celebrate Tradition this Boxing Day!

On December 26, the Antigua Yacht Club proudly hosts the Boxing Day Barrel, a thrilling sailing event featuring yachts from 24 to 55 feet LOA. Compete in CSA-rated and ‘Fun’ classes as racers tackle two courses in the stunning Rendezvous Bay – Hercules Point area. 🌊

A Trophy with History
The late Jol Byerly began this Boxing Day tradition in the 1970s, which evolved over time into its current form. In 2015, Sandy Mair created a unique prize—a varnished antique wooden biscuit barrel—making the Boxing Day Barrel Trophy a symbol of this cherished event. 🏆

📍 Where: Start/finish inside Falmouth Harbour
📅 When: December 26

Whether you’re racing or cheering from the shore, this event is not to be missed! For more info or to register, visit antiguayachtclub.com.
