Exciting News for Scottsboro City Schools & Scottsboro High School! 🎉

We are proud to announce that Scottsboro City Schools has been ranked the #21 Athletic Program in the NATION by MaxPreps! SCS is one of only three schools in Alabama to be ranked in the top 25.

This is an incredible honor that reflects the hard work, dedication, and spirit of our student-athletes, coaches, and entire community. The point total is calculated based on state championships, state runner-ups, and programs ranked nationally. Being recognized on a national level is no small feat, and we couldn't be more proud of our Wildcats!

Join us TOMORROW, from 2PM-4PM, for our Back to School event featuring "Story Time" with local author Kelly Mize! We'll have outside games, a scavenger hunt, coloring pages, cookies, and lemonade! So come have fun, meet Kelly, and get your books signed!

2 free games August 9th 11-3 for all kids.

Youth league will start Sunday August 24 1:30 it will be for 10 weeks.
$8 week for three games plus shoes for kids who don’t want to use bumpers.
$6 week for bumper league.

Both leagues will be sanctioned and kids can go bowl youth tournaments based on averages.

You can sign up individually or as a team. Potentially 4 kids per teams according to number of participants we have.

We have plenty Kayaks and Canoes and with a little sunshine this weekend, it will be the perfect time to get outside and make some memories.

Come float the river and enjoy the 3 1/2 hour float (approx 5 miles). So much to see and hear - so good for the soul.
Last shuttle for the day is 2:00. Must be loaded in the last van by 2:00 to get on the river. 💦😎🚣🕶️🇺🇸🛶✌️📷

Kayak/Canoe rental is $45.00 per person.(Includes parking, put in and take out then returned to NACK).

Kids 6-12 years of age $25 per child.
Children 5 and under are free. Your child can ride with you.

We do not take reservations on FB.

$30.00 shuttle fee per person if you have your own canoe or kayak. (Includes parking, put in and take out then returned to NACK).
