including the legendary Pathfinder Sire RR Rito 707.

This cow records a progeny weaning ratio of 107 on her first
natural calf, Clark Eriskay 3QA1 1RS12, who was the $10,000 top-
selling Lot 2 bred heifer of the 2024 Clark Sale to Voss Angus who
also selected a maternal sister to this cow as the $10,000 second
top-selling Lot 3 open heifer of the 2022 Clark Sale, while a full
sister was selected by Allen Creek Farm as the $22,000 featured
Lot 3 top-selling pregnancy of the 2023 Clark Sale, and another
full sister was the top-indexing female of her calf crop at Buford
Ranches with a yearling ratio of 121 and ribeye ratio of 122.

Her proven dam has the unique distinction of being the all-
time number one female of the breed for weaning weight,
yearling weight and carcass weight among all daughters of N Bar
Emulation EXT, the most widely-used sire in the history of the
Angus breed.

Had to make to make time to stop at Schaff Angus Valley on this trip as well...
Always a great time spent with Kelly evaluting the next generation of cattle... but I sure do love the old pedigrees he has that are still working strong in the Valley... Resource, Renowns, and Densitys. I am always appreciative of the time Kelly, Bob and the whole crew allow for visits to the Valley!

Great cattle and even better people! They have some very neat matings that will be in their sale in February 2026 that will be fun to follow!
Found a really special cow in the pasture with an old school pedigree (Resource x Density x 0075) that we were able secure a new partnership on for a client... more details on that one coming later this fall!

Had a very nice visit to Strommen Ranch… really liked the BC Robust and Bruin Torque heifers, and SAV Easy Street topped off the tour! Really a great set of cows, and I look forward to seeing the bulls before the sale this next spring!
