I've been working on some exciting things during my performance trip with The Diggles Family: A new lyric video, some future video planning, and of course a day or two visiting the beach!

I definitely did not plan to spend all day alternating between recording violin auditions for Sforzando String Camp this July, and video editing (which included animating several bird drawings), but I thought that the release announcement deserved some extra celebration!

Enjoy New Music on June 30th!

Hello! Although Talesong has been quiet, below the surface there has been a steady flow of creativity. This time the project is an album, filled with almost exclusively original songs! Set in the world of the Lord of the Rings, the album follows the life of a bard and soldier of Mirkwood. Each piece is written about him or by him, or is an old song he loves. It's been steadily growing since the quiet days of 2020, and I'm so excited to share it with you! 🤩

In the meantime, here is a song I released late last year. It was great practice for the album, and so much fun to record!
