Working with all of your families is truly the best part about my job.

I think my favorite feeling is going from our initial call where parents are at their rock bottom, needing guidance, and truly needing help to our wrap up call where things are just so much better.

The night and day effect of sleep in a household is so palpable… it’s really the only biological need you and your child share that is done simultaneously, which is why it’s so important.

I love my job, and I feel so grateful everyday to spend my time helping families get the sleep they need.

A big step for me to kick off 2025 👏🏻

So thrilled to join the faculty at Family Sleep Institute- dream come true! 🥹☀️

We're thrilled to announce that Kendra Mueller will be taking over the Multiples Instructor role for the FSI's certification program. A heartfelt thank you to Alanna McGinn for her many years as our FSI Multiples Instructor." She is handing over the torch to the newest Multiples Instructor, Kendra Mueller, founder of Kaleidoscope Sleep. Congratulations Kendra on your new position. We're looking forward to you sharing your expertise with our students.

When Kendra had her 3rd with 18 month old twins at home she hired a sleep consultant and realized it's what she wanted to do: help families get the sleep they need. That's where her journey with FSI began. Kendra has helped hundreds of families get the sleep they need. She is the head sleep expert at her local Early Learning School, and she enjoys teaching classes and seminars, but she will always love working with families one on one the most. Making connections and making a difference is the thing that truly motivates her.
