Hey Girlie 💫

You’ve come too far to let chaos creep back in. The peace you’ve been praying for? It’s worth fighting for. You don’t need permission to protect your peace—you just need boundaries and boldness‼️

June’s Prayer:

God, thank You for the growth You’ve brought me through in the first half of this year. Some of it was painful🥺. Some of it was beautiful💐. And some of it—I’m still healing from❤️‍🩹. But through it all, You’ve been faithful‼️

As I enter June, I ask for wisdom💡. Show me what’s worth my energy and what’s just a distraction🚫. Teach me to guard 🛡️my heart and protect my mind 🧠Help me stop letting people, situations, or old patterns rob me of the peace I’ve prayed so hard for‼️

This is my soft season💕. My sacred season🕊️. My peace-protecting season☮️. Let every “no” be filled with power and every “yes” be full of purpose‼️

Let this month remind me that peace 😊is not a luxury—it’s a promise🤞🏽. And I will walk in it with full authority‼️

✨ As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, let’s make one thing clear:

Black women’s mental health matters‼️
Not just in May‼️Not just when we’re in crisis‼️
But every single day‼️

🤎Black women are 2x more likely to experience high levels of emotional distress — yet far less likely to receive support or care.

🤎We carry the weight of family, community, work, and healing — and still feel pressure to stay “strong.”

🤎Anxiety, depression, and burnout don’t always look like tears — sometimes they look like smiling through the pain.

This is why The Glo Get Her was created. 💫
It’s a space for the girl who’s always glow for others but finally wants to heal for herself.
