🎉 What a week! Our whole team came together this Monday and Tuesday for our first-ever companywide event, and it did not disappoint.
We kicked things off with coffee and donuts, team introductions, and an honest look at where our company is headed and what is next. We talked culture, shared AI best practices, and even squeezed in a Rummikub tournament with real prize money on the line.
Day two brought great conversations on personal finance and time management, a BBQ lunch, and a team float down the Elk River.
Two days of learning, laughing, and growing side by side. Grateful for a crew that shows up for each other, in the office and on the river.
