The driver, 52-year-old Thomas Summers of Newfane, drove into a utility pole and rolled over. He's been charged with vehicular manslaughter.

The one-car crash happened around 7:05 p.m. near 5151 Lockport Junction Road. The driver, 52-year-old Thomas Summers of Newfane drove off the road and crashed into a utility pole, causing the vehicles to rollover.
