Let's talk relationships, a game-changer for business success, depending on your field.
Take my company from three years ago, for instance – same SAAS service.
I served a whopping 7,500 clients, yet I hardly spoke to 10 of them on the phone. It was all about playing the numbers game, scaling things up, and making serious cash.
Everything was smooth sailing until I had to shut down the service due to some obligations.
Fast forward to relaunching it now. I'm reaching out to my former clients, and guess what? 99% of them barely remember my name, let alone the company.
It got me thinking, what if I had built relationships with each of them when they first signed up?
Sure, it would've been time-consuming and hard work, but I bet my closing rate would now be through the roof – probably around 80% – for those still interested in Instagram.
Investing in relationships, putting a face to the name and the brand, goes a long, long way. It boosts retention rates, increases long-term value, and if you have additional services that can help them, it skyrockets the average quarterly value.
Building relationships isn't always the most exciting task, but it's undoubtedly the smartest one.
Remember, in the world of business, relationships are your secret weapon!
