When I first launched The Plumbing Standards, I had no idea where it would take me or us. What started as an idea, a simple season, has grown into a movement bigger than I ever imagined.

This page, this community, has been a place to challenge how we look at our work, our calling, and even our lives. We’ve talked plumbing, yes, but more than that, we’ve talked about purpose. We’ve shared struggles, victories, lessons, and a vision of something greater.

But here’s the truth: The Plumbing Standards was never meant to be the finish line. It was the foundation. It was the testing ground. It was the season to prepare for something bigger.

That season is coming to a close.
The name is changing.
The mission is growing.

I want to say thank you to every single one of you who has stuck with me, learned with me, laughed with me, and prayed with me through this journey. You’ve been part of something that was only the beginning.

Please stick around. Don’t unfollow. Don’t tune out. What’s coming next is bigger, bolder, and I truly believe it will impact lives and businesses in ways that The Plumbing Standards could only hint at.

But one prayer? One act of obedience?
That can rebuild a legacy.

Before Christ, plumbing was just a paycheck. I was fixing leaks while my life was leaking purpose.

But then God got a hold of me.

Now every job site is a mission field. Every tool is a testimony. Every customer is a soul God cares about.
I still run pipe. I still replace water heaters. But I don’t just carry a wrench I carry the Word.

He didn’t just change my career. He changed me.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. Old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NASB)

This is your sign to stop running on fumes. Let Jesus overhaul your heart and your hustle.

You ever seen a guy with a $3,000 camera that still takes blurry photos? Same thing happens in the trades.

It’s not about having the newest torch, the fanciest press tool, or the cleanest van — it’s about how you use what you’ve got.
Excellence isn’t bought at the supply house… it’s built in the heart.

Jesus told us, “He who is faithful in a very little thing is faithful also in much.” (Luke 16:10 NASB)

That means we don’t take shortcuts.
We don’t abuse our tools.
We don’t waste materials or time.

In this trade, stewardship is our testimony.

There was a time I just showed up to fix pipes.

Now? I show up on divine assignment.

That’s when I knew—plumbing isn’t just a job, it’s a calling.

When Christ grabs hold of a wrench-wielding tradesman, things change. Homes are healed. Marriages restored. Souls saved.

Because the same hands that repair the leak… can also deliver Living Water.

Transformation doesn’t always start in a church pew. Sometimes it starts in a crawl space.
