***UPDATE: Danycka has been located and is safe. Thank you all for your assistance***

The Hyde Park Police Department are asking for assistance with locating Danycka Martin (16 year old female) a missing person last seen on July 21st in the area of Haviland Rd. Danycka is approximately 5’0”, 130lbs, last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue torn jeans. Anyone with information please contact the Hyde Park Police Department at 845 229-9340.

Updated 7/20; 3:20 p.m.-- According to law enforcement officials in Warren County, 9-year-old Melina Frattolin was found dead, in Ticonderoga. They say there were inconsistencies in her father's story and at this time, there is no indication that an abduction took place.

No other information was available.

* At 454 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
