Hold a set of keys off edge of bed while power napping with just your thumb and index finger. Don’t set a clock.  As your body relaxes, the holding effort it takes for you to hold the keys will relax until the keys drop and hit the floor, hence waking you up. This is the exact amount YOU need to feel refreshed.  For me it was 17 minutes…. Time will vary with each person… best power nap tip ever 😊😊
