Thank you .gooding for keeping it easy and delicious!

Garlic-Curry Shrimp

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 5 tbsp salted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp red curry paste
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Sea salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Lightly season shrimp with salt and pepper.

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and curry paste, and cook until fragrant. Stir in cilantro.

Add shrimp and cook ~3 minutes per side, or until pink.

Serve with toasted sourdough or toss over pasta. Finish with a squeeze of lime, extra cilantro, and sea salt.
