For the last few weeks I've been working with Envato Tuts+ on a beginner course on Affinity Publisher 2 and I'm excited to announce that it officially goes live on Thursday, April 27th!
If you upgraded to the universal license when Serif released version 2 of its apps earlier this year, Publisher for Windows, MacOs and iPadOS (yeah it works the same on an ipad) is included in that. If you're not familiar with the Affinity apps, they're kind of an Adobe alternative. Affinity Publisher 2 is essentially a more modern, more performant alternative to inDesign and it's great for books, posters, and presentations. Affinity apps don't require a subscription and there's a free 30 day trial, so go ahead and try it out! https://affinity.serif.com/en-us/
This comprehensive tutorial will cover all of the basics for Affinity Publisher, from the fundamentals of working with multiple pages, spreads, and masters to using typographic styles to save time and keep your content consistent across designs.
