The best part about carving a jack-o’-lantern for Halloween? Making roasted pumpkin seeds, of course! 🎃
Ingredients:
* Seeds from 1 pumpkin
* 1/4 teaspoon paprika
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry pumpkin seeds and place them in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add paprika, olive oil and sea salt to seeds and stir to combine.
3. Spread seeds out on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow sees to cool completely before serving.
