It’s the end of an era…and I say this more as a viewer of the station for 24 years than a reporter, since I was only part of the Waterman family for 6 months. Thank you Waterman Broadcasting for being my favorite news station for my entire life. What an honor it has been to call myself part of the Waterman family!

And the honor continues as I accepted a position with Hearst, the new company taking over Waterman Broadcasting. Starting tomorrow I get to be part of an amazing GLOBAL broadcasting team!

And don't worry - this doesn't change anything. SWFL you will still see me on your TVs :)

June 30, 2023 will mark the final day Waterman Broadcasting owns WBBH-TV, NBC2.
