Last night was incredible! I had the honor of being a panelist at The AFRO's Black Business Matters Expo, and the energy in the room was electric.

A huge shoutout to The AFRO for their continuous support and for having me as a panelist at such a vital, impactful event for our community. Lenora Howze you are amazing and Im grateful for our connection 🫶🏾

I'm leaving feeling so full and grateful. A huge shoutout to Rebecca for her powerful and moving poem that truly set the tone. To my amazing husband, thank you for your unwavering support and for always being my perfect distraction when I need it most. And to Mell Reginia Lee and Deitra LadyEvangelist Williams , thank you for consistently showing up for and with me—you're the best.

The conversations were impactful, the connections were real, and the future is so bright. Thank you to everyone who came out to support us!

Thank you for carrying me, in those moments when I don’t feel I can carry on! Lord, thank you for loving us enough to shed your blood, even before we were born! Good afternoon, the Rich Foundation is offering service learning hours and community service hours for youth 18 and older to volunteer at the Ravens Stadium during the 2025 season. 🏈

Enjoy the perks of volunteering: Flexible Schedule, Behind-the-scenes stadium access, great for high school students, supporting youth empowerment and mental health wellness, and youth can add the position to their resume.
