Heyyyyyyy. So, the gal who was named after me (Samantha Russell) has a heart as big as her talent and has graciously invited Cliff David Greenberg and I to play a set at this beautiful event tomorrow. We were invited last year, but had to cancel last minute as Cliff’s mom completed her battle with cancer and we flew up to give her the send off she deserved.

Last night was Arlene Serpe’s first yarzheit, and we lit her candle at our Rosh Hashanah celebration. It is apropos that we will honor a year without her this year by performing songs at this amazing event. I am reposting Sam’s details below and hope you can make it. It’s a cause that continues to be unfortunately quite relevant in the lives of those I love. Hope to see some of you there. 🎀

Join us this Saturday October 5th from 12-6pm for a day full of awesome music all for a great cause🎀

Proud to announce that SRB Entertainment, Samantha Russell Band has partnered with Tiki 52 Bar & Grill to raise money for the Sari Center, Integrative Cancer Care. Sari Center is a non-profit comprehensive cancer support center working to ensure that all patients and families have access to proven integrative therapies that can help improve symptoms, side effects, and overall quality of life.

Girls Rock Tiki 52 is an all-day event featuring local female artists taking the stage to raise money. We have giveaway items throughout the day. A $30 donation provides you with one Custom Designed Event Shirt : thanks to Tropically Impaired, one Drink Ticket : thanks to Tiki 52, and one Giveaway Ticket : thanks to multiple giveaway sponsors.

The event starts at 12pm with a great lineup of female artists to include Nashville singer-songwriter Sonia Leigh and Samantha Russell Band closing out the event🎸💃🏼
