There are no words that can fully capture the grief we feel at the tragic news of our dear brother in Christ, Charlie, who was assassinated yesterday. Charlie was a warrior for the Kingdom - a devoted husband, loving father, faithful friend, and courageous leader. Though his earthly life was taken, his story did not end. He is more alive than ever in the presence of His Savior, and the legacy he leaves behind will continue to burn brighter than ever before.

Our hearts and prayers are with his wife Erika, children, family, and friends. May the God of all comfort surround them with His peace and strength in the days ahead.

Celebrating Darlene – A Quiet Hero

Today, we say goodbye to someone who has been the heart and soul of our customer care team for nearly seven years—Darlene Jordan.

Darlene didn’t start in customer service. She began in shipping, but when the opportunity opened, she jumped right in without hesitation. Then, when we launched Soul Refiner in 2020, she quickly adapted, becoming tech-savvy almost overnight. But her true gift has never been in systems or logistics—it’s been in serving people with love and grace.

For years, Darlene has been on the frontlines, answering your calls, listening to your stories, and carrying your burdens. She’s prayed with you, cried with you, and celebrated with you. She’s been a steady voice of kindness and encouragement, even when the job wasn’t easy. Some men called, frustrated and impatient, looking for a quick fix—but Darlene always met them with compassion, patience, and truth. Even the men who, out of their own wounds, were unkind to her, she never let bitterness take root. Instead, she left those conversations with a heart full of compassion, praying for them and entrusting them to God.

The world often overlooks the quiet heroes, the ones who serve faithfully behind the scenes. But we see you, Darlene. You’ve been faithful—to God, this ministry, and every single person you’ve helped along the way.

Today is her last day. If Darlene has ever prayed with you, encouraged you, or made you feel seen, let her know. She deserves to hear it.

Darlene, we love you, we appreciate you, and we will miss you deeply. Your legacy here will last far beyond today. Now go enjoy your well-earned adventure!
