Sarfraz Safdar Ganai Reiterates His Vision for Development in Bani and Jammu & Kashmir.
In a recent interaction with the media, Sarfraz Safdar Ganai once again emphasized his unwavering commitment to the development of Bani Constituency, the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, and the nation as a whole.Speaking passionately, Ganai highlighted that improving road infrastructure is crucial not only for connectivity but also for boosting tourism and generating employment for the youth.
He stressed the urgent need for repair and upgradation of key roads such as the Bani–Duggan–Kathua Road Via Dheri Gallah –Billawar Road, and the Dhaggar–Udhampur link road. “A strong network of well-maintained roads will bridge gaps between villages and towns, ensuring that development reaches every doorstep,” he said.
Ganai also underlined the role of tourism in uplifting the local economy. “Promoting eco-tourism and enhancing forest conservation will improve our environment while also creating job opportunities for the unemployed,” he added. He called for better preservation of natural resources, forests, and the environment as part of a broader plan to elevate the region’s socio-economic status.
“Our goal is clear – eradicate poverty, provide sustainable employment, and improve the overall quality of life in our region.Roads are not just physical infrastructure; they are the lifelines of progress,” he remarked.

حال ہی میں میڈیا سے گفتگو کے دوران سرفراز صفدر گنائی نے ایک بار پھر بنی حلقہ انتخاب، یونین ٹیریٹری جموں و کشمیر، اور پورے ملک کی ترقی کے لیے اپنے غیر متزلزل عزم کا اظہار کیا۔
انہوں نے پرجوش انداز میں بات کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ سڑکوں کے بنیادی ڈھانچے کی بہتری نہ صرف رابطے کے لیے اہم ہے بلکہ سیاحت کو فروغ دینے اور نوجوانوں کے لیے روزگار کے مواقع پیدا کرنے کے لیے بھی نہایت ضروری ہے۔
انہوں نے بنی-ڈوگن-کٹھوعہ روڈ (دیری گلہ-بلاور کے راستے) اور ڈھگر-اودھم پور رابطہ سڑک جیسی اہم سڑکوں کی فوری مرمت اور اپگریڈیشن کی ضرورت پر زور دیا۔ انہوں نے کہا، "ایک مضبوط اور اچھی حالت میں موجود سڑکوں کا جال دیہات اور شہروں کے درمیان فاصلے کم کرے گا اور ترقی کو ہر گھر تک پہنچائے گا۔"
گنائی نے مقامی معیشت کو مضبوط کرنے میں سیاحت کے کردار کو بھی اجاگر کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا، "ایکو ٹورازم (ماحولیاتی سیاحت) کو فروغ دینا اور جنگلات کے تحفظ کو بہتر بنانا ہمارے ماحول کو بہتر بنائے گا اور بیروزگاروں کے لیے روزگار کے مواقع پیدا کرے گا۔"
انہوں نے قدرتی وسائل، جنگلات اور ماحول کے تحفظ کی اہمیت پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ سب ایک جامع منصوبے کا حصہ ہے جس کا مقصد خطے کی سماجی و اقتصادی حالت کو بہتر بنانا ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا، "ہمارا ہدف واضح ہے – غربت کا خاتمہ، پائیدار روزگار کی فراہمی، اور ہماری عوام کے معیارِ زندگی کو بہتر بنانا۔ سڑکیں صرف جسمانی ڈھانچہ نہیں بلکہ ترقی کی شھر گ ہیں۔"
سرفراز صفدر گنئی کا ویژن ایک جامع ترقی پر مبنی ہے جہاں ہر شہری کو جدید انفراسٹرکچر، ماحولیاتی تحفظ، اور معاشی مواقع سے فائدہ پہنچے۔
