What is better during the busyness of the holidays?

Taking a moment for yourself to reset.

You may be wondering how, or I don't have a moment, but I invite you to join me for either a Breathwork or Coaching session.

Not who your family says you should be
I could keep going, but I think you get the picture

It's a journey to rediscover yourself. It's a challenge to break the chains of the past lies you believed. It's scary to start showing up as yourself

Do you need permission? If so, here it is...
You have permission to show up as the person God created YOU to be!!!

Part of loving the life you're living is the ability to choose joy

How does that sit with you when you hear that you can choose joy?

When I started my journey, I thought the people who said joy was a choice were full of... I would think, how can I choose joy with... Pointing to all the bad things going on around me. I had a victim mentality, which is a choice.

What I have learned and applied, it's a choice. I can choose joy despite my circumstances. Do I celebrate the yucky situations? Absolutely not! But I look at them with a reframed mindset choosing joy instead of being a victim.

How can you choose joy today?

Take a minute to reflect. Are you loving your life today?

Too often, we get stuck in the mundane of the day to day life

Too often, we are just merely surviving

Too often, we are just letting life pass us by, and one day we wake up we realize how much time we have wasted

Let's be aware today! Let's take a moment to reflect! Are you living a life you love?

If not, that's ok; awareness is the key to change. If not, what is one small thing you can do to bring back the joy?

God created us to live and love our lives, not just merely survive!
