We in here to PREACH🗣🗣 How many of y' all said you will start tomorrow or you needed to lose a couple of pounds before you can post content or a picture!

Can I ask y' all a question? Who are you trying to impress, strangers you have never met on IG or social media? Or the people in your life who have met but just lurk on your page and never call or text to message to see how you or your family are doing?

Stop 🛑 the procrastination now! I tell you this if you are the precastinator don't be upset or jealous at the friend who is living in their purpose and willing to take the leap of faith!

4 ways to communicate without being defensive!

1. Identify triggers we all have them so know what gets you or your partner to that point.

2. Learn how to take criticism- we all struggle with this one but the only way to get to a root of any problem is to see your fault in the situation as well.

3. Take deep breaths and buy yourself some time. Know when to walk away sometimes heated arguments can get too far. Know when to say enough is enough.

4. Stop 🛑 Retaliating! Stop going blow. Take a step back and try to get to the root of the problem.

I vow to love myself and endlessly the way I love those nearest to my heart.

I promise to show compassion and practice patience with myself, the way I remind myself to do with others.

I promise to always stand up for myself. The way I encourage those around me to do so.

I vowed to never silence my voice or dim my light to make others comfortable. I will celebrate my accomplishments with the same joy I do for those around me.

I will show myself grave and forgive myself for the mistakes, I have made, and will make, just like I have done for others and also advised others to do for themselves.

I promise to love myself the same way I pride on loving those I love the most in this world. ❤
