•A proud Jacksonville native, serves as the Assistant Minority Leader State Rep CD Davidsmeyer. C.D. is widely recognized as a dedicated business leader and a respected fiscal voice within the state. In his legislative capacity, he is the Republican Spokesperson on both the House Financial Institutions Committee and the Public Utilities Committee. Drawing on his extensive governmental experience, which includes 4 years on the Jacksonville City Council (2008-2012). C.D. also holds the position of co-chairman for the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability (COGFA). Throughout his distinguished career, Davidsmeyer has been repeatedly honored as a "Champion of Free Enterprise."
• IL Republican National Committeewoman Rhonda Belford: A national pioneer and grassroots leader. As the first woman president of the Illinois Republican County Chairmen’s Association, she brings decades of professional and grassroots experience, including serving as a Registered Nurse for nearly four decades, and a former staff member in the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office. She is a lifelong resident of Hardin County and currently serves as the Chairman of the Hardin County Republican Central Committee.
• U.S. Senate candidate Jimmy Lee Tillman II is a longtime activist, author, and publicist from Chicago, who founded the Martin Luther King Republicans in 2011. He has tirelessly campaigned for office across different races in Illinois since 2018, underscoring his deep commitment to the conservative movement. Hillman is running on an "America First" policy platform and champions the strategy of uniting conservative voters statewide by increasing the Republican voter share in Cook County. He will provide a special report on how "Patriots are working to flip Chicago red" at all levels.
•The host, Ryan Zipprich for Precinct 11 Committeeman , will be introduced by Rhonda Belford. This speech will be Ryan’s first since he began running for elected office. Drawing on his background in political science and law enforcement, Ryan brings practical experience from the Sangamon County Circuit Clerk's Office, where he gained valuable experience as a Deputy Court Clerk in the Felony Division and as Assistant Manager in the Traffic Division. He also served as an intern at the McDonough County Public Defender's office.
Ryan has over a decade of campaign experience, working on multiple campaigns, including 8 years on the campaign side working for Congressman Darin LaHood. Ryan focused on deep grassroots outreach, extensive door-to-door efforts and high-level constituent relations spreading different counties. For over a decade, Ryan has been an active member of the Morgan County Republican Club. Within that time span, Ryan has helped and worked within different committees, but 5 years ago he created and is Chairman of the MCRC Media Committee. As Chairman of the Media Committee, his role is to manage the club's digital presence (website, website email, Facebook, Instagram and X (Twitter) accounts on social media) and produces the video and image content. Crucially, his broad experience includes conducting key interviews with a wide range of guests, from School Board or County Commissioner candidates up to members of Congress. All of these experiences have shaped and sharpened his dedication to conservative values and deepened his connection with the residents of Precinct 11
