📝 Ingredients:

For the Garlic Butter Lobster Tail:
2 lobster tails
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Seared Scallops:
6 large sea scallops
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the Garlic Butter Shrimp:
8 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Roasted Potatoes:
2 cups baby potatoes, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the Steamed Asparagus:
1 bunch asparagus
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat oven to broil (or 220°C/425°F).
Cut lobster shells down the center and pull the meat out to rest on top.
Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and parsley.
Brush over lobster meat and broil for 8-10 minutes until opaque.
2️⃣ Sear the Scallops:

Pat scallops dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over high heat.
Sear scallops for 2 minutes per side until golden and caramelized.
3️⃣ Cook the Garlic Butter Shrimp:

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add shrimp, salt, and black pepper, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side.
Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
4️⃣ Roast the Potatoes:

Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

A quick and flavorful meal with tender chicken and crisp veggies!

📝 Ingredients:

For the Chicken Stir-Fry:

1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika (optional)
For the Vegetables:

½ cup broccoli florets
½ cup julienned carrots
¼ cup baby corn, sliced
¼ green bell pepper, sliced
For the Sauce:

1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
½ tsp sesame oil (optional)
For the Rice:

1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups water
🍽️ Step by Step:

1️⃣ Cook the Rice:

Rinse the rice and cook it with water until soft and fluffy.
2️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic.

- 8 large sea scallops
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Lobster and Scallops:
- If the lobster tails are not already halved, use a sharp knife or kitchen scissors to cut them lengthwise. Carefully remove any veins or shell fragments.
- Pat the lobster tails and scallops dry with paper towels to ensure a nice sear.

2. Cook the Lobster:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add **1 tablespoon of olive oil**.
- Add the lobster tails, cut side down, and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the meat is opaque and slightly golden brown.

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 head of green cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, water, ginger, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
