IHRA CONTINUES TO EXECUTE. MILAN DRAGWAY PURCHASE BY IHRA BECOMES FINAL

MILAN, Mich. — The International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) has officially added another fantastic facility to its portfolio with the purchase of Milan Dragway.

The quarter-mile Michigan track, located 40 miles west of Detroit and 25 miles south of Ann Arbor, opened in 1964. Milan Dragway has hosted IHRA national events like the Motor City Nationals and Northern Nationals as well as IHRA Pro-Am events.

Kurt Johnson’s TVC, the industry leader in track preparation, is currently working at the facility making major improvements to the track surface and pit areas. It means changes to the 2025 schedule that will be updated on the track’s social media pages.

Keelan Harvick, the 12-year-old son of NASCAR champion Kevin Harvick, is set to make his CARS Tour Pro Late Model debut at New River All-American Speedway in Jacksonville, North Carolina, this Saturday. Despite his extensive experience in go-karts and Legends cars, Keelan acknowledges the challenges ahead, stating, "I've never driven it, but I think it will be fun." Earlier this month, he secured his first win in a full-bodied stock car at Florence Motor Speedway, boosting his confidence for the upcoming race. Familiar with the New River track from previous competitions, Keelan aims to apply his knowledge and continue his development in stock car racing.

Pit passes are $25 per person, drivers pit pass is included in registration.

Registration is $50 and includes your pit pass. Transponder is required, please bring one if you have one. Transponder rental is available for $10.

Grandstand price is $10 per person, 10 and under is free.
