You are addicted to DOPAMINE! 👀
Let's try to fix that...
Here are TWO things you can do to take control.
1️⃣ Try to ignore your phone for 10 minutes tomorrow.
2️⃣ Shut of notification for a day.
The goal is to delay immediate gratification. Over time you can increase the time to one hour a day.
I personally have IG notifications of big accounts ONLY and honestly they don't really distract me because my phone is on silent mode all the time 😄My phone goes off so much throughout the day that having it ring or vibrate would be too much for me to handle.
I'm already addicted to looking at my phone as it is... there isn't a way for me to miss anything anyway.
📚 Think of how many times you look at your phone throughout the day. How hooked you are? Now, focus on creating a balance.
